Wow, beautiful!! Your layout is wonderful, it loads fast too! Be proud of this site! You like to update long ones, thats very good! Nice welcome note, but it doesnt make me feel very welcomed, The "Currently you are at..." Doesnt cut it, Im at a graphic site, not some business company =3. Probobly change that to, "Welcome to Tarnished-Silver, and web design and graphic site...." That would be much better ^_^. And p.s. would you mind making a layout for Pixeled xD no.. really, lol!
Organization: 20 pts.
You are VERY organized, maybe a little to much, haha! Everything is so layed out for the visitors, like your really mean business! You dont have any organization flaws... yet. And you know how to use PHP, wow, what a smarty! And a little mistake in writting, in your TOU, it's "you may use them if you provide a link to back to TS" I think you mean, "you may use them if you provide a link back to TS" lol. But everything else seems just fine! oh.. woops! In the disclaimer, "... and no profitof any kind is being mad form this site" You know what cha did wrong there. Woops, JUST noticed something in the tutorial section, your Blend tutorial content is off balance! Make sure to fix that =)

Oh my God, does your site pop out from the rest? Oh yes it does!! I simply LOVE the idea of putting the links, back, top main AND host at the bottom, thats the most coolest thing I have ever seen! And I love the links on the top as well! And all the links and linked images all have dotted lines _ _ _ _ under them! Thats VERY creative. Well, I could go one forever on how creative you are, but I'll stop, lol!

You have an extremly large boat load (more like 20 boats loads) of content on your site! I love how you are SO specific in everything you say, that definatly works. Im a guest... I would come back everyday to see what's cooking here, because I know there are alot of links and I cant get through all of them in one day! You seems to be doing a blast because your guestbook is ALL filled up with sweet comments. And cute little blinkie maker =D, and still talking about the blinkie maker, you explain every little chunk to the visitors, your very caring in making sure everyone gets how to do whatever it might be!
Fun/Bad/Sad: 15 pts.
Already, I have seen a blinkie maker and guestbook, those are great things to have on your site that are fun and interactive. And including many contact forms! You have a good amount of graphics and designs, I defiantly know that no one will get sick of this wonderful site! And you have many useful tutorials as well!!

Okay, all I see is a simple link in the update saying you are currently being reviewed, thats not all, you read the rules, I know you did, but it says RIGHT after you fill out the form, you must put my BUTTON up on a reviewed by page or links page, not in an update. Im looking in the links section, no button, im looking in the credits just in case.. nothing, So you will get 0 out of 10 points for this section and that means you have ONE day to add my link up on your site in a permanent page or your site is going up in the Blacklist section of my site, but Im nice, so I will of course give you a day to add it up, thanks!
